Go over to the Bulgarian yahoo groups as well as they can give feedback too and are more active than the forum groups. Good luck. It's a long process. Getting faster but still long.

I'm single and in the process of adopting from Bulgaria. There are AMAZING kids being adopted from Bulgaria! Many are considered special needs. I hope to have my first set of travel dates either this month or next month. Good luck!

I'll try to answer this for you. BG goes by the younger parent's age, so as long as you are 45 or younger you shouldn't have any issue getting a toddler. As for wait times....it depends. BG matches kids differently than other countries. They look for the parents that best match the child's...
